Despite yesterdays gloomy Chicago weather, Terron, Joyelyn and I headed downtown to shoot some pics to announce their recent engagement! The cool wind and overcast sky didn't keep us from enjoying the Chicago scenery. The fog kept the skyline hidden but the light was just perfect for shooting, overcast sky's diffuse the sunlight perfectly and it is like shooting under a large softbox. Truly a photographers dream! While walking around the parks and going to Buckingham fountain Jocelyn and I realized that we have the same birthday! Next Friday! Funny how that happens:)
I have chosen a few of my favorites from our engagement shoot and wish both Terron and Jocelyn happy planning for their up coming August 2010 wedding! And a very special April 30th to Jocelyn!
